Rates Rates shown are for up to 6 people. A $300 security deposit is required on a separate check, which will be returned to you after vacating. $450 for a 3 days/2 nights (minimum stay)* $175 for each additional night (Inquire for monthly rates) Please inquire for availability of a specific date. If available, a rental agreement will be sent to you. Return the signed rental agreement with separate checks for the rental fee and the security deposit. Your date is confirmed ONLY upon the receipt of checks. When confirmed, you will be sent a Guest Guide.
